Botox® Treatments for TMJ

Jaw Tension and TMJ Disorder

TMJ disorders including teeth grinding, headaches, severe stress, and lock jaw can be therapeutically treated with BOTOX®.  Although treatment for these conditions is presently experimental, evidence indicates it can be extremely effective.

BOTOX® is placed in specific muscles which work with your temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and can provide relief.  The clenching and grinding that occurs can contribute to severe headaches.  As the clenching and grinding is alleviated, so are the headaches.
